Opis

Asset Library is an editor panel that keeps your reusable assets in one place on your machine and moves them between projects without the guesswork of the Migrate dialog.

Drag an asset from the Content Browser into the Library panel and it is copied to a user-level folder along with every file it depends on. Open any other project, click Library in the Content Browser toolbar, pick the asset, and it is imported back, with its full dependency tree, in one click.

WHAT IT DOES

- Save with all dependencies. Drag from the Content Browser and the asset plus everything it references is copied (Migrate-style) into a shared library folder.

- Import to any project. One click pulls an asset and its dependencies into the current project.

- Dependency picker. Before importing, choose exactly which dependencies come along, grouped by class (Material, Texture2D, Skeleton, and so on).

- Folder organization. A folder tree with create, rename, move, and delete, so the library stays sorted.

- Engine-version awareness. Each asset is stamped with the engine version that saved it. A badge warns you before importing an asset saved by a newer engine into an older project.

- Folder drag-and-drop. Drop whole folders from the Content Browser and their structure is mirrored in the library.

By default the library is stored in your user folder, so it is shared across every project on the same machine out of the box. You can change the location under Project Settings, Asset Library.

REQUIREMENTS

- Unreal Engine 5.1 to 5.7

- Windows (Win64)

- Editor-only plugin: no runtime cost, not included in packaged builds.
