A stylized environment prop pack designed for games and real-time projects. Includes a variety and different types of patterns for market stands, stalls, awnings and also awnings for walls/buildings and other places from wherever they can hang from! The set also includes 3 chairs and 4 tables for the use of eg. creating a proper and functional marketplace.

Perfect for building charming marketplaces, village scenes, farmlands, elegant and cozy outdoor environments. The pack features a consistent stylized art style, making it suitable for casual, fantasy, medieval or stylized projects while remaining clear and readable in-game.

This set also includes a trim-able wood texture which could be used to create any other additional wood meshes or parts.

All of the props have their own custom collisions. Most of the market stands/stalls and awnings are also vertex-painted for variety of possible usages, though we used the wind effect here via material to make them sway and look alive!

This pack includes total of: 103 different assets – 48 awnings varying in type and pattern, 32 market awnings, 16 market stands, 3 chairs and 4 tables. Feel free to experiment and don’t forget to share your screenshots with us! ^^

The pack has only 2 unique materials/texture sets – each of which has a base color, AORM (ambient occlusion, roughness and metallic map combined), and normal map texture. Out of those 2 one is a wood trim texture which could be used to create any plank, beam or part of wood that you need for anything additional, be it for this pack or other project too! In the material options we have included a WPO for the wind option, and bounding-box-based/local gradient option, that you could use to create a top-down or bottom-up gradient for any object, to have more variety and richness in color - which should follow object's transformations. Feel free to play around with the wind parameters!
