This pack contains materials with ability to use included masks for making custom sidewalks instances, add dirt, dust and surface wear.

There is 4 different sidewalks meshes, each comes with 3 different prepainted texture sets or can be used for customized material.

In dirt settings you can edit intensity of dirt, dust and wear, color, contrast, roughness, metallness and wear normal map.

In addition pack contains 4 curbs meshes, each with 3 color sets.

Every mesh can be used with landscape splines as shown at screenshots.
