High-Performance 12m³/h RO System - Precision Engineering Source Model

This is a professional high-capacity industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) system model, upgraded to deliver a stable output of 12m³/h. Originally designed in Autodesk Inventor, this model is specifically tailored for M&E engineers and industrial water treatment specialists who require accurate CAD data for plant integration.

The model features an optimized 2-stage configuration, including a newly added 3-element pressure vessel (8040) in the second stage to ensure maximum efficiency and water recovery.

  • Accuracy: 1:1 Engineering scale. The model is structured into logical sub-assemblies (Pumping skid, Membrane rack, Control panel).

  • Optimization: Simplified to remove non-essential hardware (bolts/nuts) while maintaining 100% accuracy for piping, instrumentation, and footprint planning.
