The model is not symmetrical
The jacket was created for a stylized character who is much thinner than a normal person. But you can adjust the size of the jacket to another character yourself.
One of the previews shows the orientation of the faces, where you can clearly see that the jacket has no inner part, that is, it has non-manifold geometry.
