Based off a real-life capsule hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo! Low-poly retro game style. Can be used for anime, sci-fi, cyberpunk, horror, etc.
Features:
2 floors with multiple rooms.
Completely modular rooms and walls that snap to a grid.
Numerous props like sinks, trash bins, lockers, washing machines, benches, and more that can be freely arranged.
Most textures between 128x128 to 256x256 each.
Walls, floors, and ceilings using tiling textures. Props grouped in separate textures maps like for "bathroom", "laundry", "signs", etc.
No baked AO or lighting. All screenshots use real-time AO with multiple scene lights to allow lighting customization.
Unity version is for URP 6! Easy to convert materials to built-in renderer or HDRP.
