Mesh Boolean Operations plugin (MBO)

This plugin allows to make holes in your 3D meshes and create dynamic doors, windows, etc. 

Helper actor is included which will allow you to setup everything in 5 minutes.

It also provides functionality to perform computation asynchronously to reduce impact on FPS.
