Lightweight plugin to provide offline text to speech functionality with opensource Piper model or open-weight Kokoro model (only for languages supporting espeak phonemization). It utilizes built-in UE5 onnx runtime, so default NNERuntimeORT plugin shold be enabled to run TTS. Note: Android isn't supported. Version for non-commercial usage is available for free here.
