The plugin is designed for developers who need a clear, practical Steam integration without complex setup, server-side systems, or unnecessary SDK exposure. Install the plugin, configure your Steam App ID, and start using its Blueprint or C++ API.
The included Steam Publishing Tool allows you to configure and upload prepared game builds through SteamCMD directly from the Unreal Editor. It handles SteamCMD setup, authorization, build configuration, validation, and the publishing process through a structured editor interface.
⚠️ This plugin is primarily designed for single-player use cases. It does not include server-side or multiplayer flow (such as server travel or session management) and is not intended to replace Unreal’s networking system. It is also not intended to be used alongside other Steam integration plugins.
