Abandoned Victorian Mansion Interior Kit is a modular UE5 environment pack focused on fast room assembly and reusable Victorian horror interiors. Use it to build abandoned rooms, corridors, connecting spaces, and set pieces with consistent architecture, furniture, props, decals, candles, dust, and lighting.

It includes 220 unique meshes, 21 Blueprint tools, 9 decals, 3 Niagara particle systems, a ready-to-use demo scene, flexible material controls, adjustable decals, randomized candles, and controllable lights. The goal is not just to provide a mood scene, but to give you a practical system for creating multiple related mansion interiors.

This kit is designed to help you assemble a complete modular Victorian mansion interior and adapt it to different moods, from abandoned and dusty to dark horror, while maintaining a consistent visual style. It combines modular architecture, hero props, set dressing, decals, particles, and flexible surface controls, making it suitable for both gameplay spaces and cinematic setups.

MATERIALS & SURFACE VARIATION

The material system is built for broad visual control across the environment. You can tint base surfaces, blend overlay textures through masks, and adjust how strongly those layers appear. It also supports top-layer buildup for dust or other surface coatings on upper-facing areas, with control over blend threshold, transition sharpness, roughness, and tiling. You can further adjust emissive color and intensity, global texture scale, normal strength, and the balance of occlusion, roughness, metallic, and specular response. This makes it much easier to push the same scene from lightly aged to heavily decayed without rebuilding it from scratch.

The pack also includes seamless surface overlays for adding extra detail and reducing repetition, plus a more advanced layered setup for richer and less uniform material results.

BLUEPRINTS & ATMOSPHERE TOOLS

The Blueprint tools are designed to speed up setup and make atmosphere work more practical. The light system supports On, Off, and Blink modes with fixed or randomized blink intervals. The candle system adds variation in candle appearance and lit state on level load, helping scenes feel less repetitive. Dust particles can be adjusted per placed instance in the level, which is useful for tuning density and atmosphere from room to room or shot to shot.
