This pack contains assets that can be used for dressing up an industrial area. All props use the RMA workflow (Roughness/Metallic/AO), tga format and are textured in 4k. All assets can have their main color changed, without affecting the decal labels. Decals labels can be disabled from the material instance. The folder structure is clean and easy to understand. Everything can be easily drag&dropped inside your project.
