Real World Dynamic Sky System is a physically accurate day/night cycle solution for Unreal Engine, simulating correct Sun, Moon, and Star positions based on real-world locations and dates.
Unlike standard sky spheres, this system calculates the exact position of celestial bodies using Latitude, Longitude, and UTC time. It features high-resolution NASA-based textures for both the Moon and the Star Map (up to 16K), combined with a realistic Moon simulation with calculated phases and dynamic lighting.
The system is designed for a seamless workflow using the included Blueprint Actor. Simply drag and drop it into your scene to instantly set up the correct lighting and celestial positions. It includes a robust Save Game System to track time across sessions and a Debug UI Overlay that displays real-time data, moon phases, and location info on a world map.
