Given the enormous number of cat videos in today's world, it is of utmost importance to have satisfactory capacity to administer them.

This pompous public building solves this pressing problem, where scores of officials can devote their days to watching, categorizing and cataloging cat videos.

This is a fictional building. It was fun to create something where I got to be the architect. I still wanted it to be plausible - something that could have been built in the early 1900s or so.
