Because dirt and neglect comes in many different forms and shapes, this asset pack only scratches the surface of a world of possibilities. That said, this particular pack is multi-purpose. Here you'll find dirt and neglect for most case scenarios, if you need to filthy-up the place. It's the perfect pack if you need a wide variety of assets for the majority of scenarios to turn your map or level into an abandoned place. Every material in this asset pack has material instances that allow you to quickly edit specific parameters like opacity or color, so a stain can be all kinds of dirt from moss, dirt, mold, mildew or rust, depending on the color you give it.
