For individual rooftop meshes for game import and best pivots please download the additional file. I recommend using the .fbx file with exports at 0,0,0 for your game engines. Best pivots. Thanks! and have fun! :] - PBR Texture Set
Scene file is mostly for showcase purposes. Pivots may be slightly different. Fixed a small thing with the rooftop normals in some meshes. 3D viewer has not been updated. It looks fine in 3D viewer.

As a small challenge I decided to revisit this free pack and made more rooftops. The challenge was to use the same texture sheet as it is without modifications and make more props while using the same PBR texture set. Quality is not the best honestly but these may be OK to use at distance.
I included an additional file with individual exports at origin 000, Blend file and FBX export scene and more stuff in-case you have any issues importing the file to Unreal or Blender. PBR exported Texture set is there too. I know the buildings are kind of low quality but changed license from creative commons to free standard. Do not use on AI generators lol.
You can still maybe download the one from Sketchfab if you want the creative commons one. 100% free of course for everyone. Do not re-sell the models please. Ty.
