  • More streamlined integration with XDecal Material. (V2.1 and upwards)

  • Ring mesh decals - Add mesh-based ring decals that wrap around pipes, cylinders, and curved surfaces, with auto radius detection, adjustable alignment, and material support for clean circular grime, paint, trim, and wear effects.

  • Mesh edge decals - Create edge decals by selecting individual, chain, or loop edges. Carousel-style material with live preview — tweak scale/lift in the viewport, then commit.

  • Save presets in any folder structure for versioned, team-shared projects.

  • Drag Draw to add decals along smooth curves. Hold E to select and drag spline points to reshape the path.

  • Path Layout and Region Fill both support live preview: tweak parameters, see placement update instantly, then commit.

  • Save XDecal Paint settings as named presets and reload anytime from the list.

  • Drop zone row added: select any number of decals in the content browser, drop them in, and they're auto-sorted into material slots.

  • Per-slot preserve aspect ratio while randomizing scale.

  • Region Fill → Define areas using Add (blue) and Subtract (orange) regions in the viewport. Generate decals inside complex shapes with multiple loops, hole-cutting, density control, clustering, boundary padding, and seed-based repeatability. Fully integrated with material slots, overdraw gates, grouping, and object filtering.

  • Object Filtering → Paint only where you want. Add actors, instanced levels, or tag groups to a live filter list, switch between Avoid Listed and Only Listed modes, and tune the area with adjustable padding. Deleted or renamed actors auto-purge.

  • Debug | Overdraw tools → Visualize stack density with a live heat-map grid, adjustable cell size and thresholds, plus soft and hard gating modes.

  • Spray Paint Mode → One-click bursts of randomized decals within your brush radius. Choose Ring for rim placement or Poisson (blue-noise) for fast, natural sprays.

  • UI Focus Material Only → Toggle to show only tag filters and material slots for an uncluttered UI.

  • HUD Overlay → Viewport display of current slot, tags, weight, brush radius, and mode.

  • Per-Slot Max Spawns → Limit decals per material in a single stroke.
