Collection of props for modern urban environment. Minimalistic design with combination of wood, metal and sometimes concrete. 

-113 unique models, plus 47 Different shapes for level design, architecture etc. 

-Each model includes PBR textures: 1.base_color, 2.rgb_metallic_roughness_ao and 3.normal texture. Some models include emission and opacity masks. 

-Each model is UV unwrapped and is 1 material object. Only one side buss stop has 2 materials.

-All files are well organized in folders with textures together with the model in each folder.

Note: Naming of textures might be repetative, be aware of that.

Note for Unreal engine users: If the texture look too dark or to glossy, you need to just open "roughness_metallic" texture and change "Compression settings" to "Masks(no sRGB). And in graph editor select "Sampler type" as "Masks". And it should look good. Write a PM if there is a problem.
