Includes Zap, Static, and Storm abilities, with many customization options.

These abilities can affect physics objects, characters, and the player.

• Zap: Zap anything, and chain between tagged actors.
• Static: Pull a character or physics object towards the player, or pull the player towards something else.
• Storm: Pick a spot and spawn a lightning storm that strikes actors beneath it.
