Story
The Saint Michel Modular kit is the most ambitious and largest asset (224 unique meshes) we have made to date. The asset was inspired by a trip to the legendry Town of Mont saint Michel located in Normandy France!

The unique art style was Inspired by the immensely popular Stylized-Realistic hybrid style made popular by today's top Hero/Moba Shooters.

Modular meshes: more than 100 modular meshes of house components that will enable you to build your own city.
Iconic Buildings: meshes that are unique buildings based in an iconic real life street inside The Town/City Of Mont Saint Michel.
Vegetation/Props: Vegetation /w Wind shader and fill-in props to dress your scene.
Optimized: Customized lightmap UVs and colliders.
Material Shaders/Vertex Paint: A set of shaders that enable vertex painting of 3 materials and customizable instanced materials that enable Adjustment of color and curvature masks to add more variation to the scene.
Materials: more than 10 tilling materials including wood, stone wall, ground and roof tiles. Materials use normal maps, roughness, metal, base color, ambient occlusion and may have emissive, opacity or custom masks too.
HD: Texel density ~512 pixels/m.
