Description
Pick it up. Turn it over. Find what it hides.
A cinematic first-person inspection system for UEFN, written in Verse and built on Scene Graph. Any object flies in front of the camera with a fake depth of field, and the player rotates it, zooms in and reads it.
FEATURES
Fake depth of field: the object stays sharp and the background melts into a cinematic blur. Fully customizable, smooth, no code
Rotate & zoom with the mouse or right stick, with smooth motion and no clipping into walls
Works with any object: Scene Graph entities and Fortnite gallery props (lamps, vases, paintings...)
Multi-page notes and letters with Next / Previous Page
Hidden clues revealed by turning the object over, such as a code on the back of a note
Take an object, or just look at it
Inspection Trigger devices: react to opened, closed, taken and clue found without code (lights, sounds, doors, Item Granters...)
Sound families (paper, metal, wood, glass, cloth), a soft object light and key hints with mobile icons
