설명
XFSDK Light is a rendering and startup toolkit for Unreal Engine 5.8, built for a sharp, stable image without TAA or TSR. It brings SMAA anti-aliasing with an optional two-frame temporal mode, Bend Studio style screen space shadows with per-material data, a software global illumination that runs on the global distance field, first-start PSO precompilation, loading screens and an in-game developer menu.

Version 3.0
• Renamed – X Framework Light is now XFSDK Light. Console variables use the xl_ prefix.
• Hybrid SDF GI – New dynamic GI on the global distance field: placed, bakeable probe volumes (DDGI style), surfel radiance cache, and an optional per-pixel final gather based on DOOM: The Dark Ages (SIGGRAPH 2025). No hardware ray tracing needed. Replaces LPV.
• SMAA 2TX – SMAA with a two-frame temporal blend, inspired by CryEngine 3's SMAA T2x. Sharp at native resolution, one frame of history. Replaces the Filmic Temporal Filter.
• RCAS – Optional AMD FidelityFX sharpening after SMAA 2TX.
• SS Shadows – Per-material thickness, Bend Studio "Depth Bias" for micro shadows on flat and landscape materials, multi-light, new "remove direct light" mode.
• Shader Precompilation – Rewritten: compiles real pipeline states for every mesh and Niagara system, reruns after a GPU or driver change.
• Loading Screen – Shows what it is waiting for ("Loading map", "Compiling shaders (12 remaining)"). Fully separated from precompilation.
• Developer Menu – In-game ImGui menu with every setting and debug view (Development builds, optional TBImGui).
• Removed – LPV, SSIL, Shader Works, NIS, Filmic Temporal Filter, SMAA S2x.
• Planned – Hardware ray-traced GI, loading screen module restructure.
