This pack contains a modular Japanese school with interior props for classroom, computer room, staff room, library. The pack also contains a modular gymnasium.
The materials are vertex paintable (red=moss, green=worn texture variation(when exist), blue=water)
The models in this pack are using trimsheets when it's possible to reduce memory footprint.
Basic blueprint scripts for all the interactable object(cast BP_Interact, and call it's interact function from your character).
Demo map with a few furnished classrooms, library, computer room, staff room, toilet included.
