See where the wait goes

Iteration Timer. Records in the background how long each wait takes: script compiles, domain reloads, entering play mode, asset import batches and the imports done while the editor opens. It ranks the assemblies the compile waited for, shows which edited assembly forces how many others to recompile, keeps a history per project and raises a trend alert when a wait becomes clearly slower than its recent median. Every number is the time between two editor callbacks. Unity does not expose a per-assembly compile time, so the compile wait is attributed to the assembly that finished each interval: read it as a ranking, not as exact seconds.

Two more views live in the timer: compiler warnings per assembly over time (the project total is the latest known count per assembly, with a budget gate for CI), and assets imported repeatedly when the same asset is imported again and again within a minute.

## Know what an upgrade will break

Upgrade Scanner. Enter the version you come from and the one you move to. It reads your C# files and lists the obsolete and removed API they use, with what to do about each. Every shipped rule was confirmed by reading the editor's own assemblies, and each finding says how far to trust it. API that Unity's own updater rewrites is left out, because the updater does that for you. For packages it uses the Package Manager's own list of versions that support the running editor. You can add your own rules as JSON files.

Check the build

Define Symbols Auditor. Unity 6 keeps scripting define symbols in Player Settings per platform and in each Build Profile. The tool compares them, lists symbols that differ, fails when a symbol you declared as required is missing, and reads every #if in your scripts to list symbols nothing defines.

Environment Verifier. Checks that this machine has what the project needs to build: the build support for the active target, the Android module and Java when Android is the target, Git when the project is in a repository, Git LFS when it uses it, and whether any Git LFS file is still an undownloaded pointer. It only reports: nothing is installed or changed.

CI you own

One batch-mode call per tool writes results.json and a self-contained report.html. Exit code 0 means passed, 1 a finding or a breached budget, 2 the run could not happen. A scan that could not finish exits 2, never 0.
