SHOWCASE VIDEO | SETUP VIDEO | DOCUMENTATION | DISCORD

Landscape tools will help automatically create cliffs and distribute grass, while runtime virtual textures will color the grass appropriately. Foliage Types are prepared to start painting immediately. All assets and materials are designed for flexible customization to fit your needs. Use VT blending to help your asset intersections blend better, enjoy foliage interacting with any character of your choice, take advantage of the occlusion material function to have foliage fade away when blocking the player, and splash around in the water with dynamic water interaction effects! Assets have been carefully created using handmade LODs for optimal performance and appearance, and all materials have easy switches to disable certain features to improve performance further.

FAQ

Do the assets work with Nanite?

Yes, although I'm not using Nanite for the Demonstration scene, and you shouldn't really need to use Nanite. The assets are already extremely low poly and have custom LODs.

Do the assets work with Lumen?

Yes, but again I'm not using Lumen in the Demonstration scene.

Will they work for [insert your game here]?

It's impossible to know every use-case, but these assets are fairly straightforward and should work just fine for any game. You might want to read the Documentation first if you're curious about setup or technical prerequisites.

I'm only interested in some of the assets.

I recently released a lite version of this asset which contains just a single biome, the landscape, foliage, and a sample of rocks. Great if you want to save some money and don't need the full variety!

Can this asset be made compatible with older versions of Unreal?

There isn't an easy way for me to migrate these assets to previous versions. However, as the pack is mostly just meshes and materials, the content itself is fine. You could theoretically export the models and textures, bring them backwards, and recreate the materials.
