This is a high-poly, detailed 3D model of a European-style building featuring a tech store interior. The model is ideal for use in architectural visualization, game environments, and cinematic projects. It includes over 15 uniquely modeled props within the store, such as shelving, lighting, product stands, and more — all crafted with attention to realism.

FBX format is not included . Because, due to variations between engine versions (such as Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.), certain import/export inconsistencies may occur. For this reason, the original Blender source file (.blend) is also included, allowing users to make adjustments or export the model in their preferred format.
All assets are cleanly modeled and organized. Materials are PBR-ready and UV-unwrapped for optimal flexibility

If desired, you can convert the source file into modular or make other changes yourself.
