This is a high-poly, detailed 3D model of a European-style building featuring a tech store interior. FBX format is not included . Because, due to variations between engine versions (such as Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.), certain import/export inconsistencies may occur. For this reason, the original Blender source file (.blend) is also included, allowing users to make adjustments or export the model in their preferred format.
All assets are cleanly modeled and organized. Materials are PBR-ready and UV-unwrapped for optimal flexibility
