We present the series of the most outstanding Mexican food dishes from various cities and restaurants. To achieve the highest level of detail optimized for a web experience, we use 3D scanning technology (photogrammetry) combined with Polycam and Adobe Photoshop to generate more highlighted details, optimization, and color adjustment.
