Description
Reconstructed from pre-WW2 photographs, this 3D model depicts the back pediment of the historic Brühl Palace in Brody (formerly Pförten). The original pediment deteriorated over time, but this digital recreation restores its grandeur, combining visible elements with creative interpretations where historical images were low resolution. The crown and garland details draw inspiration from similar motifs on the Mirbach Palace, ensuring both consistency and historical resonance. Additionally, the details of the fasces, lyre, and quiver were based on ornamental elements from the Brühl Palace in Warsaw, adding another layer of historical depth.
The relief sculpture incorporates a stunning array of elements:
A regal crown positioned at the very top.
A shield emblem at the center, set within an elaborate shell motif.
A garland framing the composition with elegance.
Additional symbolic features, including fasces, a battle axe, a morning star, a lyre, a quiver, and arrows.
This model is ideal for anyone designing historical scenes, architectural visualizations, or movies set in the Rococo period. It serves as a perfect drop-in asset for adding realism and ornate detail to palaces or other buildings without needing to model intricate ornaments from scratch. With its manifold geometry, the model is also optimized for 3D printing, making it versatile for both digital and physical use.
Customization is effortless, as each element within the composition is provided as a separate 3D mesh. This allows users to remove, re-arrange, or modify components as needed, ensuring flexibility for a wide range of creative applications.
