RestEasy turns Unreal into a first-class REST client. Build requests, attach headers and auth, send them to any JSON API and parse the response - entirely in Blueprints or compact C++.

Build a request with visual nodes, attach headers or Basic/Bearer auth with one helper, send it, and parse the JSON response with the same visual toolkit - RestEasy keeps the entire REST round-trip inside Blueprints while staying fully usable from C++. JSON objects and values are first-class Blueprint types, so constructing nested payloads and digging fields out of responses needs no string wrangling, and the URL and query-string builders keep endpoints tidy.

It fits anywhere your game meets a web API: login and profile services, leaderboards and matchmaking backends, live-ops configuration, analytics ingestion, storefront catalogs, or in-house pipeline tools that talk to REST services. One plugin covers desktop, mobile and console targets.

RestEasy is part of the Alpha XP networking collection for Unreal Engine 4.27-5.0+. Every feature is exposed to both Blueprints and C++, ships with styled HTML documentation, and follows one consistent API style across the whole collection.
