A standing stone located in Pembrokeshire, West Wales known as Trefach (or Y Garreg Hir) (SAM Code PE202). It is located on farm land and has been protected from grazing livestock by a now partially collapsed fence.

The stone stands 2.25 m in height and looks out over Afon Gwaun and across to Mynydd Carningli.

To the west is a group of five inarticulated stones (Dat Prn1475), one of which is visible in here and that have been viewed as a ruined cromlech (chambered tomb/dolmen) (Source: http://www.coflein.gov.uk/en/site/304309/details/Y+GARREG-HIR%3BTRE-FACH+STONE/).

The site was recorded at the end of March 2016 with a Nikon D200.
