This harp model was created as a personal learning project and is now available for free.

What initially seemed like a relatively simple musical instrument quickly turned into a much larger challenge. The harp contains numerous strings, mechanical components, levers, and decorative details that required careful modeling and attention throughout the entire process.

The original model exceeded 1 million triangles. Through optimization, it was reduced to 311,086 triangles while maintaining its overall appearance and level of detail.

This project was also a valuable experience in asset optimization and workflow management. During production, a file-saving issue nearly resulted in the loss of the project, but fortunately a backup allowed development to continue without starting from scratch.

The modeling stage is now complete, and the asset is being shared with the community as a free download.
