The Woodland District is a massive, game-ready environment megapack designed for Unreal Engine 5. Featuring 365 highly detailed meshes, 20 pre-assembled Packed Level Actors (PLAs), and 21 Level Instances, this toolkit provides everything you need to create a dense, realistic suburb, commercial street, or abandoned town.

Whether you are building a driving simulator, an RPG, or a survival horror game, this pack is heavily optimized with an efficient, engine-generated LOD pipeline to save your studio hundreds of hours of production time.

Key Features:

  • 20 Pre-Assembled Buildings: We have done the heavy lifting for you. Instantly drag and drop fully constructed buildings into your map, including a Diner, Sheriff’s Office, Auto Repair Shop, Grocery Store, Gas Station, multiple suburban houses, and multiple Commercial Shops Buildings.

  • True Modularity: Don't want to use the pre-built structures? Build your own! Includes a massive library of modular brick storefronts, roofs, walls, and trim pieces.

  • Customization: We left the billboards blank on purpose so you can easily drop in your own studio's branding. Includes a vast library of custom graphic decals, neon signs, and posters to give your streets a lived-in feel.

  • Working Blueprints (12 included): This pack includes functional blueprint actors, following:

    • Array-Based Procedural Builder: Instantly generate modular walls using highly optimized HISM (Hierarchical Instanced Static Meshes), skipping the tedious one-by-one placement.

    • Dynamic Spline Generator: Create paths with randomized middle variations and unique start/end meshes.

    • Functional World Actors: Includes a traffic light (cycles green/yellow/red), customizable text for the gas station pylon, an electric tower BP, random prop scatter arrays, and pre-merged mesh assemblies for quick placement.

  • Massive Prop Library: Populate your world with vehicles (trucks, cars, trailer park), street lights, traffic signals, trash cans, diner interiors (booths, counters), foliage, and more.
