With Rigify rig
The blend file also contains a metarig (simple armature) with A and T poses. To make the model controlled by the this metarig, you need to remove the "DEF-" prefix from the vertex group names and set the metarig as the armature. In my opinion, the metarig is better suited for retargeting animations than the rigify rig
Without a face rig. There are no bones for the eyes, tongue, jaw. I'm not a master at creating facial rigs and didn't have time for that, creating this model already took much longer than I planned. And I prefer creating facial animations using shape keys. I would recommend creating a shape keys using the FaceIt addon for Blender, or some other one.
