* This is the game-ready modular futuristic sci-fi apartment package consist of interior props and decals.
* The apartment's been built as 3 floors with 3 different apartment plans.
* More than 100 models and decals.
* Each model is textured by PBR materials.
* Texture size is 1024X1024 for small props and 4096X4096 for large props.
* Drag and drop material instance variations are included for ease of use, with exposed parameters for more controlled customization.
* Each model is modular.
* It is very easy to establish both interior and outdoor locations.
* This map is the 7th part of our ongoing futuristic city map project.
