RetroF house done in a retro-futuristic style with rounded windows and corners. It has spacious living space without dedicated bedroom, a kitchen, hall, bathroom and a parking lot. Note that this building is included in UNIBLOCKS PRO asset pack.

Features and nuances:

• Completely empty building, with high quality 4K textures

• 100% modular (made with UNIBLOCKS), changes to have unique building appearance can be done right in Unreal Editor!

• Small memory cost (typically less than ~10 megabytes) but increased rendering cost (more modular pieces, more drawcalls)

• All blocks and blueprints are unified for 50 units grid snapping

• Doors will auto-open when player is close enough

• Only for Nanite + Lumen projects (lightmap UVs & mesh LODs are not included)

• Materials are using triplanar UVs to provide uniform look across stacked blocks with different scaling/orientation

• UNIBLOCKS forum thread with news, screenshots, updates and support
