Grand Hôtel is a luxury hotel in central Stockholm, opened in 1874. Architect was Axel Kumlien. It has hosted many celebrities and Nobel laureates.

It’s appearance has changed over the years. This model depicts the building in 1925.

I don’t claim it to be entirely correct. For example, the real building has a slightly irregular footprint, but this model has a rectangular base, as this is made as a game asset.
