Rondel daggers were a staple of the late middle-ages. The time where armoured knights roamed the battlefield like tanks. To counter these men, the Rondel dagger was invented, a long iron spike with a sharp point and a handle that supports a lot of pressure. It’s purpose was to trust in the gaps of the interlocking armour plates to give damage to the wearer underneath.
