The bathroom furniture included is as follows:

Toilet, bidet, washbasin, tap, bathtub with tap, hand shower, shower tray, shower glass, wall unit with mirrors, container and soap dispenser and decorative gravel, towels* with UVs ready for baking lights even if the scene is natively lit with lumen.

5 Mat.Functions are inside the Assets. These allow to keep BP material extremely simple, tidy and intuitive.

* Nanite active on towels.

Some users get an unreal freeze when opening the map.

In this case, after adding the asset to your project, remove the .uassets "SM_towel_3" and "SM_towel_4" from the "Content->NP_Bathroom->StaticMesh" folder .
