All texture resolutions are 1024x1024. The ideal balance between resolution (to allow upscaling decals up to 5x5x5 sizing) and game performance (2k textures too high, many decals can decrease performance on poor PCs)

This package supports creating material instances. All material instances can change its dirty scale level and colouring.

You should choose Decal (Material) you want to create MI for. Click right button -> Create Material Instance. Now open it. On right panel please check in options you want to customize. Change them. Save. Now drag and drop that MI to the sceene. Great work!
