A large set of models for creating a large urban space in the Soviet style.

The set includes models that allow you to create several locations, such as:

- City blocks with different types of houses, tram tracks, and a pedestrian crossing

- Courtyard space with children's playground and basketball court

- City park, with attractions, with a pond

- Railway station with rail wagon repair depot

- River port

The set includes 8 types of buildings, 3 types of road bridges, a railway bridge, river equipment (tugboat, barge), a commuter electric train, a freight train, two types of trams and automobile equipment.

All house models are modular, and are assembled into drawings that allow you to adjust the length and height of the houses.

The urban space is also made modular, assembled into drawings and ready for work.

Auto equipment is made for ease of use in two types - separate static models

 (body, wheels and doors), and in the form of skeletal models.

The set also contains realistic dynamic water material, with a coastline working according to a height map, ideal for creating an ocean, sea, lake or pond.

If you want to use these models for VR scenes, then you should disable normal maps and create projects only for the PC version.

This set was tested in a scene for Oculus quest.
