The character was setup using Modular Control Rig in Unreal 5.6.1

Make sure to enable Control Rig in Plugin so you can see the rig

Drag the rig into Unreal viewport and start animating.

Or you can simply use the Skeletal Mesh and the provided animations as a normal 3D asset.
