UV Mega Patches is a tool for UV unwrapping massive objects with extremely high polycounts such as rocks and cliffs for both film and game production. It solves the manual headache of mapping large, complex objects by automatically distributing assets into clusters based on their geometry. These clusters are then mapped to planes, making them ideal for tiling textures, baking, and more.
The tool supports both UDIM mapping and single-island packing, offering flexibility depending on your pipeline.
UV Mega Patches includes both the Houdini Digital Assets (HDAs) and the Unreal Engine tool, designed to work seamlessly via Houdini Engine.
Note: Houdini Engine is required to use this tool within Unreal Engine.
