A set of scanned textures in high resolution. These textures I used in the product ‘Subtropical mansion’. 11 sets of tile textures scanned exactly from this real mansion. The 4x8k rectangular textures have only horizontal tiling, which allowed them to retain their uniqueness around the edges.

Each texture set contains BaseColor, Normal, AO, Height, Roughness and Spec. The textures are well tiled. The shooting was carried out using professional scanning equipment, so the color accuracy is quite high, and there are no lighting artifacts.

The product is primarily a set of PBR textures, but also contains a fairly simple material and an HDRI map for better presentation of textures on the overview map.
