Build old Chinese streets, water towns, night markets, temples and wuxia levels from one consistent stylized kit. Shophouse fronts, walls, balconies, columns and roofs are 2 and 4 m modules on a 2 m grid (4 m between columns); roof slopes, ridges and their ends, bracket rows and corner dougong close every roof line. The temple set adds red precinct walls with a moon gate, a gate pavilion with its stair and doors, terrace edges and spouts, and an ancestral hall with columns, lattice window bays, painted architraves and a coffered ceiling. Architecture and furniture have collision, every mesh has lightmap UVs, and the materials are tiling PBR sets with tweakable wear, a close-up detail normal and a glow control for every lantern, window and candle.
A mountain town, the fifteenth night of the new year. The rain has just stopped and the full moon is up. Lotus lanterns drift on the canal under the moon bridge, the tangyuan stall steams on the plaza and riddles hang on a line for the guessing game. The street of tea houses and shops glows under strings of red lanterns; at the end, past the paifang and the night market, a stair climbs to the temple gate, where incense smoulders in the courtyard and candles burn before the tablets in the ancestral hall. The mood is warm festive quiet, not horror: the kit suits adventure, RPG, wuxia and cozy games, walks and quests as well as fights across the roofs.

Two maps
L_Town_Demo: one connected walk at night. From a lane on the far bank over the moon bridge to the festival plaza, into the apothecary and the grocer, up the lantern street of tea houses and shops, across the gate square and the night market, up the stair through the gate pavilion into the walled temple courtyard and on into the ancestral hall. 1,420 m² to walk, real-time Lumen, moonlight, volumetric fog and 267 movable lights in lanterns, windows and candles. Press Play to walk through.
L_Overview: every mesh laid out by category with name labels on a 1 m grid.
Materials you can tweak
8 master materials and 139 material instances. The surface instances expose tint, tiling, lacquer chipping, edge wear, height-based grime, rain streaks, dust, macro variation, a detail normal for close-ups and a roughness override; lanterns, paper windows and candles have a glow strength and colour, and the lettering keeps its artwork fixed while the wear still varies.
Game-ready
Collision: per-poly (complex as simple) on 92 architecture, stair, paving, canal and backdrop pieces, so doorways, stairs, the moon bridge and the gate stay open; convex hulls on 63 props and the two hip roofs of the hall; none on 100 (55 decals, hanging lanterns, signs and plaques, water, puddles, small dressing).
LODs on 89 props (LOD0–3; fewer where thin parts or lettering would break); architecture, decals and small pieces have a single LOD.
Lightmap UVs on every mesh, in UV channel 1.
Clean topology: no hidden buried faces and no overlapping coplanar faces (checked by our own gates before export).
No Nanite needed. All lights are movable, so there is no light baking.
One Unreal Engine download for versions 5.1 to 5.8. It is content only: no code, no plugins.
UEFN version
The same 257 meshes (202 models + 55 mesh decals), 8 master materials, 139 material instances and the textures as a UEFN project (Fortnite Creative).
One island: the walkable night demo town from the lane on the far bank over the moon bridge, through the plaza, the shop street and the night market up to the temple and the ancestral hall, with the moon, the starry sky, fog and 267 lights; two spawn pads at the start of the lane and a catalog of every mesh by category beside the town.
Passes the UEFN content validator; Verse builds without errors.
LODs on 189 meshes for Fortnite's quality levels (169 with LOD0–3, 20 with LOD0–1 or LOD0–2); 76 small or flat pieces have one LOD. The paifang and the fruit and lantern stalls have a lighter LOD0 in UEFN (under its 30,000 vertex limit; the shape and materials are the same).
No Blueprints and no Verse code. The catalog has no name labels: UEFN rejects text actors.
