I wanted to make a modern style house but I wanted it to be able to work with most projects so I reduced the polygons as much as I could. I’ve left the back open as I know most people will either not have that visible anyway or they will want to add internal structures. However, if you like the model but you want the back adding that is no problem just add it to the comments before you buy and I’ll get right on it. This one was fun to make, from producing the texture of the house to the constructing it and seeing it become 3D was really fulfilling.

All textures are baked into a single material with a diffuse (color), normal, roughness and metalness.
