A couple of two elves with japanese inspired clothing, the lady herself its actually a remake of an old model made by me: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/lowpoly-lady-elf-in-kimono-776d99d3a4194ac198b7c63825ed88f9 . Made in PS1/PSX style, GLB format. Its textures are in 1024 px so if you want to turn the models into a more faithful ps1 visual emulation you must to set the images at a 256px resolution. Besides that i got a little excited with the hair in both models so the polycount is a bit overkill as well.
