The same Terrain Prefabs come in 3 different types:
CPT - Color Palette Texture (All CPT Prefabs use 1 Material + 1 Color Palette Texture Atlas 64x64)
MT - Material, and Texture (All MT Prefabs use 1 Material. You can also add any seamless Texture to it!)
U - Unity Terrain (You can edit the terrain shape, paint textures, draw grass, trees, etc)
Other prefabs like Mountains / Islands/ Rivers come in 2 different types:

Terrain / Mountain / River prefabs come in 3 Sizes:
Large - 100m x 100m
Medium - 50m x 50m
Small - 25m x 25m
All sizes of prefabs are unique and different, so a large Terrain mesh is not the same as a medium or small one.
Island / Ice prefabs come in 4 Sizes
Huge - 500m x 500m
Large - 100m x 100m - 200m x 200m
Medium - 50m x 50m
Small - 25m x 25m

Tested and works perfectly on all versions of Unity (from 2020.3 to the newest one, including Unity 6 and newer).
