Included Assets

• 384 unique static meshes covering architecture, props, ground pieces and nature assets.

• 124 assembled Blueprint presets with descriptive names and preserved component layouts.

Technical Details

• Latest Unreal package built and validated in UE 5.5.4; movable showcase lighting and nonessential scripting/external plugin entries disabled.

• Windows and Mac support. Unreal distribution: Asset package.

• 18 materials and 42 textures, from 1K to 4K.

• Base Color, Roughness and Normal connections preserved, including foliage transparency. Unreal normal maps use DirectX orientation.

• Mesh complexity: 6–133,460 triangles per mesh.

• Complex collision for static architecture and props; grass and leaf-only components do not block movement.

• Physics simulation requires separate simple collision.

• Static environment assets. Characters and animations are not included.

Updated Asset Organization

• Descriptive asset names and searchable categories.

• Reviewed source pivots, insertion origins and transforms for correct placement in Unreal.

• Corrected material-slot mapping and restored missing texture references.

• High-detail geometry for concept art and cinematics; adjust selected assets to your real-time project budget.
