Building on the seamless teleportation features of the standard SciFi Portal package,which is also included in this package, this extension introduces three 3D portal models and two new shaders to enhance your game’s futuristic aesthetics even more. One standout model

includes an interactive energy cube, allowing players to activate and deactivate the portal for dynamic gameplay.

Key features:

Recursive Rendering

Build infinite loops out of two portals with the recursive rendering feature.

Simply add two portals that face each other and specify the recursive rendering limit and you are ready to go

Optimized Portal Screen Rendering

With this optimization, portal screens are only rendered when the player camera can see them. This drastically improves performance, allowing you to include a bigger amount of linked portals within the same scene, without worrying about performance.

Optimization Profiles

Optimization Profiles let you configure distance-based settings for render resolution, frame skipping, and recursion limits to improve performance when portals are far away.

3D Portal Models

This package includes three different 3D portal models with some additional detail models to enhance your portal:

Particle System

Rotating particles for further enhancing your portal view experience.
