In order to work with UE5, you must enable "PhysX Vehicles" plugin in your project settings.

This asset pack contains the fully set-up cop and civilian vehicles. They all have engine sounds, police siren sound and light flashes (only sport cars). The cars also have low-poly interior. All materials are well optimized and set up with material instances. You can change them at runtime. All the windows are separate objects which you can break with a script (material is ready).

You can also use animated shadow driver in your game.
